Third Grade Book Drive
NEW END DATE - March 31st!
The St. James Service Club's Third Grade Book Drive mission to collect just over 1,000 brand new books, one for every third grade student in Brunswick County, has been an overwhelming success!
We’ve collected nearly 900 books and because of your generous monetary donations, we will be purchasing the final books needed to smash our goal of 1,000 books!
We are officially ending the book drive on March 31st, an entire month early, and will close down the Amazon Wish List.
We are so very thankful for the generosity of our St. James neighbors!

Merry & Bright Festival of Light 2025
Tree Lighting
Thank you to everyone who made our inaugural tree lighting in Woodlands Park a spectacular success! What a turnout!
We are incredibly grateful to the many St. James residents who attended and helped create a new holiday tradition. This event would not have been possible without the dedication of our wonderful volunteers, the St. James Special Friends, the St. James POA, Troon, the Town of St. James, and Mayor Jean Toner.
We look forward to seeing this event become an annual favorite, growing and expanding throughout the park for years to come!

The St. James Service Club also wishes to express its sincere appreciation to St. James residents for their outstanding generosity for the hearty canned soup drive for the SOIICF Food Pantry. We were able to "Soup Up Santa's Sleigh" by collecting almost 700 cans! Amazing!
