Parking Information:
PARKING IS VERY LIMITED in the Harbormaster area. There will be signage and traffic controllers to help you. Please help us spread the word about our complimentary shuttle service, and carpooling and drop offs are also highly recommended. Let’s be respectful to our neighbors by parking only in designated areas and not on someone’s lawn! If you live nearby, please walk or ride your bike.
Carpool
For those who wish to carpool or be dropped off, follow the signs on St. James Drive to the drop off area located off the northwest side of Harbormaster Drive at Chadsworth Lane.
Complimentary Shuttle Service
Take advantage of our free event shuttle running continuously between the marina and the southeast side of Harbormaster Drive at Shelter Cove.
- Shuttle Service Hours:
9:00 AM to 4:30 PM (all day)
-
Where to Park: 50+ parking spaces are reserved near the marina's dry stack warehouse, specifically in the rows closest to the dumpsters.
-
Pick-up/Drop-off Point: At the dumpster end of the marina parking lot.
-
Capacity & Wait Times: The shuttle seats 13 passengers. With nearly 500 attendees expected across two sessions, there may be a short wait during peak hours.
Please be patient and kind to our volunteer shuttle drivers from Christian Recovery Centers Inc., who are generously volunteering to keep everyone moving throughout the day!
Important Safety Information: Expect a beautiful day in the neighborhood with sunny skies and 80-degree weather this weekend!
- What to Bring:
Wear comfortable walking shoes, apply sunscreen, and bring beverages to stay hydrated. Complimentary water and shade umbrellas will also be available on site.
- Walking Distance: The complete tour covers approximately a half-mile walk from end to end.
- Accessibility Note:
Due to the layout and uneven terrain of the gardens, medical walkers and wheelchairs are not recommended for this event. Safety is our first concern.
