Service Club News
School Supply Drive 2026
The annual St. James School Supply Drive has officially wrapped up, and we are pleased to announce we shattered last year's record!
Our team has sorted and tallied your incredibly generous donations and we collected nearly $36,500 worth of supplies!
Thanks very much to ALL who shopped, donated, and volunteered, and a special thanks to our Service Project Chairs, Kim Baxter & Sally Fields, on this record-breaking new mark!!
Once again, our amazing St. James community has delivered and earned an A+ grade!
Harbormaster Garden Tour - Thank You!
On behalf of the Service Club, we wish to thank everyone who was involved with the Harbormaster Garden Tour. It was a beautiful day in the neighborhood to be wandering through some of St. James' most gorgeous gardens.
Over 125 volunteers—led by co-chairs Donna Godbout and Cheryl Rogers—came together to make this event unforgettable.
We graciously thank the homeowners of the five stunning featured gardens, alongside the volunteers, our local musicians, painters, artisans, chefs, and master gardeners and expert clubs (including our St. James Birders, St. James Woodworkers, St. James Garden Club, and the St. James Pond Committee). We also appreciate the local businesses and neighbors who donated amazing raffle prizes. Thank you for making this day special for everyone!
Together, we raised just over $18,200! This money will go a long way to help our Brunswick County non-profits. Thank you again for coming!

Grant Awards Brunch
On May 13th, the St. James Service Club hosted its annual Grant Awards Brunch, and thanks to our collective fundraising efforts throughout the year, we were honored to present over $170,000 to 37 non-profits that support Brunswick County. This incredible milestone is a direct result of the St. James community's immense generosity.
Thank you for standing with us to make a difference — we are deeply grateful for your continued support as we could not do what we do without you!!
