2026 St. James Service Club Funding Request Form

Grant applications are due February 15, 2026

The St. James Service Club (SJSC) offers grant funding to non-profit organizations serving in Brunswick County. Because we receive a large number of requests, the vetting process is essential for us to clearly understand both the potential impact of each proposed project on the Brunswick County community and the non-profit organization’s financial need.

We are providing a copy of the Grant Application Questions so you may review the required information before completing the online application.

Please note that Google does not allow you to upload documents directly from your Google drive to ours. Additionally, we have instituted a naming convention protocol for each file uploaded to help us organize the voluminous documents we receive. Please use these naming conventions when uploading your files.

Brief mid-year and year-end status reports will be requested from organizations receiving grants.

Upon receiving your grant application on or before Saturday, February 15, 2026, a representative from the Grants Committee listed below may contact you to arrange an on-site visit and/or phone call to further discuss your application and address any specific questions or clarifications needed. The Grants Committee will make its recommendations to the SJSC Executive Committee who will then review these recommendations and determine grant recipients and amounts.

Each applicant will be notified of the final decision by the Community Organization Chair in April 2026. If you are chosen to receive a grant, we will invite one (1) representative from your organization to our Spring Awards Brunch on Wednesday, May 13, 2026.

We look forward to reviewing your completed application and meeting with you soon. If you have any questions regarding the process or the form, please email us at communityorgchair@sjserviceclub.org.

Sincerely,

St. James Service Club Grants Committee
