St. James Service Club Sponsors 18th Annual Food Drive
From February 1-29, the St. James Service Club will partner with Full Shelf to bolster food supplies at the Southport-Oak Island Interchurch Fellowship’s food pantry, which requires replenishing following the holidays. While the food pantry is in particular need of canned fruit, cereal, instant potatoes, instant pudding, peanut butter, ramen noodles, and soup, donations of all non-perishable foods are accepted.
Donations may be dropped at any of the Troon clubhouses, fitness centers, the St. James Community Center, at the February Service Club meeting*, or at the seven neighborhood Full Shelf locations:
3208 Beaver Creek Dr
3627 Bridgewater Dr
2707 Harbormaster
4491 Lenox Ct
2672 Mariners Way
3843 Members Club Dr
2741 Park Ridge Dr
Monetary donations also may be made by check payable to ‘St. James Service Club’ and dropped off or mailed to Judy Lucas, 3578 E. Medinah Ave.

*We’ll be collecting peanut butter and jelly at our February meeting as nothing says love like a peanut butter and jelly sandwich!
