2023-24 St. James Service Club Funding Request Form
Applications due February 15, 2024
The St. James Service Club has funds available to grant to non-profits in Brunswick County. To effectively conduct the vetting process of the high volume of grant requests, we need to be able to discern the impact a particular project will make on the Brunswick County community as well as the level of financial need among these non-profits. Therefore, our grant request process has been updated to include a new request form that encompasses the need for more information than required in the past. Additionally, brief mid-year and year-end status reports will be requested from organizations receiving grants.
Upon receiving your grant application on or before February 15, 2024, a representative from the Grants Committee listed below will contact you and arrange an on-site visit and/or phone call to further discuss your application and answer specific questions. The Grants Committee will make its recommendations to the SJSC Executive Committee who will then review these recommendations and determine grant recipients and amounts.
Each applicant will be notified of the final decision by the Community Organization Chair in April 2024. If you are chosen to receive a grant, we will invite one (1) representative from your organization to our Spring Awards Brunch.
We look forward to reviewing your completed application and meeting with you soon. If you have any questions regarding the process or the form, please email us at communityorgchair@sjserviceclub.org.
Sincerely,
St. James Service Club Grants Committee
